The new smart tachograph uses a different encryption technology than older devices. Hardware for manual read-out as well as systems for remote download must be able to handle the new data structure in order to ensure a read-out complying with legal regulations.
DAKO has launched a new version of the DAKO-Key which can be used for manual read-out of the new smart tachographs as well as previous models. The remote download offered by DAKO, has been updated to the new technology as well.
Of course, the new DAKO-Key is compatible with the DAKO-TachoStation 2.0, which transmits the read-out data directly to TachoWeb. You can find the Key in our shop shop.dako.de/en or you can also contact our DAKO-Team under +49 3641 22778 500 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Increasing customer requirements, growing shipment volumes and the resulting inefficient transport routes present the media logistics industry with major challenges. Digitalization and networking open up enormous potential here for making processes more efficient and using the data flow along the entire logistics chain.
The 2nd edition of the DAKO Kompass Logistik 4.0 on 19 November 2019 will, therefore, focus primarily on the challenges in media and parcel logistics. The user-oriented forum brings together software experts and users from logistics and transport to exchange ideas on common challenges and to gain new impetus. Among other things, the participants can expect expert lectures on research projects and practical application topics as well as live demonstrations and workshops on how problems can be solved with digital tools.
